Our mission at Refresh NTX is to ensure that every child in our community has access to personal hygiene items. We provide over 1550 children in our community with quarterly packs filled with full-size, essential hygiene items. Our packs are customized to meet the individual needs of each child based upon their age, gender preference and ethnicity.
