• We are a free primary care health clinic (appointment required) serving as the medical home for low-income, uninsured, Collin County (TX) residents, ages 13 and up.
• Our mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ by partnering with our community to provide quality, compassionate healthcare and resources to our medically underserved neighbors.

We are built on a foundation of volunteers that come alongside our small group of part-time and full-time staff members to serve our patients.  Our needs always include medical professionals (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, chiropractors, nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists) along with support staff (Spanish interpreters, administrative).  However, we are always looking for faith-based Patient Advocates who are integral to each patient encounter by meeting one-on-one with our patients, asking them how their visit went, if they need any referrals or other community resources, and ultimately, the offer to pray for/with them.  Over 99% of our patients accept the offer for prayer and we believe this is the most important piece of our ministry.  We want to be not only a trusted medical home for our patients, but also a compassionate, loving place where the Gospel of Christ is shared in words and deed.  Our volunteers are on long-term mission.
